How to Get Your Card
Qualification condition for a low-thc/medical cannabis card in Florida
Has/obtains a Medical Marijuana Use Registry Identification Card
Be a Florida Resident
Be diagnosed with one of the following qualifying conditions:
Multiple sclerosis (MS)
Medical conditions of the same kind or class as or comparable to those above
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS)
A terminal condition diagnosed by a physician other than the qualified physician issuing the physician certification
Chronic nonmalignant pain caused by a qualifying medical condition or that originates from a qualifying medical condition and persist beyond the usual course of that qualifying medical condition
How does it work
A physician diagnoses a patient with a qualifying condition for low-THC cannabis or medical marijuana. *if the patient is younger than 18, or is terminal, a second physician must concur and this determination must be reflected in the patient’s medical records.
The physician obtains voluntary, written, informed consent from the patient.
The physician enters the order into the Medical Marijuana Use Registry, and must update the registry within 7 days of any change.
The patience must apply for a Medical Marijuana Use Registry Identification card.
The patient may fill the order at any approved Medical Marijuana Treatment Center.

Certification centers charge a fee for certification. Please contact the certification centers for prices.
The state charges a $75 fee to process medical cannabis cards
The state charges a $75 annual fee to process caregiver cards
To amend, change, or replace a registry identification card, the fee is $15

A: Unfortunately, no. We are not allowed to accept out of state patients.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: We cannot accept credit cards at this time. We do have ATM’s available onsite at all of our locations.
